Design Features
Utilizing TS anti-loosening fasteners, the design leverages six wedge-shaped surfaces on the washers to generate reverse mechanical force (converting lateral force into longitudinal tension). Simultaneously, 12 serrated lines on the opposite surface grip the substrate firmly, achieving stable torque and superior anti-loosening performance with ease.

Installation & Fastening Precautions

The wedge-shaped surfaces of the nut and washer must be aligned face-to-face.

Manually thread the nut by 3 to 5 turns before using a power wrench or fastening tool for final tightening.

Select the correct socket size: use a 13mm socket for M8, 17mm for M10, and 19mm for M12 fasteners.

Ensure the socket is properly aligned and fully engaged with the nut before initiating the tightening process.

Use a low speed (under 2,500 RPM) during fastening to prevent coating damage. Do not use impact wrenches.
