Precaution

  1. The nut and the washer’s wedge surface must be mutually aligned
  2. The nut must first be manually screwed in for 3~5 threads before using an electric wrench or locking tool to tighten and lock the nut
  3. Select the correct size sleeve. M8 uses a 13mm sleeve, M10 uses a 17mm sleeve, and M12 uses a 19mm sleeve
  4. When locking, the sleeve must be matched to the nut and the turning and tightening action can only be done when the sleeve is completely fitted to the nut
  5. When locking, use a low rotation speed (2500 rpm) to avoid scratching the plating. Do not use an impact type wrench

Design

Use Tech-Stell locking screws. Tech-Stell Co., Ltd., uses the rotation of the six wedge surfaces above the washer to produce reverse mechanical force (converting transverse force to longitudinal force). The 12 lines on the washer’s other action surface will tightly bite into the surface of the connected item to achieve stable torque and a locking effect.

Material

Medium-carbon steel with a strength of ISO 8.8 and exterior rust prevention processing (zinc and tin alloy) processing.
